Chillin’ and Grillin’
Chilling in the sofa with good friends, good wine and feeling grateful. There will always be too much shot to do but there are times when one just says, ya know….all this crap can wait till tomorrow. Today I am enjoying the fact that I have a roof over my head, friends to have a meal with and money to buy the food we are partaking:) Life is good.
It was a very productive day and now we are relaxing and very happy to be inside in the A/C. It is still 98 degrees and humid as can be. I have he house at around 72 so it feels nice and a tad but chilly, perfect with glass of Malbec. The furniture got painted and now just dry time. Once it is dry it is going into the various rooms and I can check off my “to do list” as well as stand back and admire the rooms completion. Slow and steady has been a very satisfying way to decorate our home and make it our perfect sanctuary.
Off to grab some filets to grill up and time for another glass of wine, my cup is empty *wink*
