After the wedding
The wedding was beautiful. I get so nostalgic at weddings it is not even funny. I sit there and tell myself “do not cry, please do not cry this is someone else’s wedding just smile.” This works until the wedding march begins to play and we all stand. The look on the grooms face always gets me. The best part was my daughter was sitting next to me. Her first wedding and her Daddy was the best man. She was so excited! She saw the Bride and just grinned from ear to ear. It was totally silent and a love song was softly playing in the background as they lit the unity candle. My angel says out loud “Mommy they are in love”. Everyone sighed, it was precious.
The reception was lovely and short and they Bride and Groom took off for the honeymoon. The whole crew is enjoying a few days of R and R and E loves the mountains and cabin we are in (just for the hot tub alone🙂 ). See you tomorrow friends🙂
